Hi sifus..

Wondering where is a good buy to rent out? Looking around I see so many Condo/Apartments coming up, is it going to be fully occupied and rented out? A look at Subang there's so many apartments and condos behind Subang Parade and next to Carrefour.

Basically open to suggestions..
1. Freehold
2. Klang Valley
3. ~300k
4. For investment, on rental and possible sale in the future
5. Prefer something new, or relatively new

Key concern is worried that nobody rent.

My two main choices for undercon REI (condo/apartments) currently would be Titiwangsa Sentral and Zest. Fits ur bill of freehold, easy on budget, potential for high rental yield n located in the Klang Valley.

lol! yea...i second your thoughts as sales of TS have been too encouraging!
block B of TS is made available to the general public (block A is reserved only for the developer's staffs and business associates) but it might also be sold out already as i type this!

- 5 mins drive to KLCC
- near to LRT, 10 mins walk
- very rare to find such studio in cheras, result -> demand > supply
- only around 260k, can easily fetch 1.5k rental
- basically, you don have to do anything, alrady nicely decorated
- awesome KLCC view! free firework shows
- awesome bathroom, not many hotels or studios/aprt can offer a view from your jacuzzi! extra nice if you are young and in love!

no upcoming 'hot' projects within your price range which i can think of for now. u can try gaya serviced apmts in melawati but i think they're all sold out too. well of course there are many other new launches sub 300k but it is not within my radar for investment purposes. zest has recently launched block A though, which is still within your budget.
