She has the rights to choose who she wants to be with. If he's bad, she will gain experience and learn from it. Everyone has their bad days and will only learn after they've experience it. As you can see, there's no use advising your sister as she would not listen. Just keep an eye on her and be cautious.

I wouldn't want my sis to get hurt but so far, has he done anything that could harm her? Did he put her in danger? Maybe he really likes her that's why he's treating her differently than other girls. And I predict that if your family keep forcing her to stay away from him, she might runaway from home to be with that guy. What you can do now is to give support as a brother and let her know that you would be there for her and that she can tell you anything, no matter what happens.

Ok..I think I know why. She might get angry at that moment, but after he sweet talk to her her heart become soft again and accept him back.
Maybe you could try introducing another guy to her..then she might compare both of them and realise how bad is he treating her. She just want someone to care for her..so try to find other thing/ or someone else to replace him.
