hi. thank you. i read through this thread and found out that my gen-2 cps actually can play mp3. lol. when i first tried to play mp3 disc, the reading took so long compare to my pioneer in the other car. Thus I assume it can only play cd audio. I have one question. do any of you who are using gen-2 cps have the key-ring light turn on? The one around your key-hole. I have it but it doesnt activate like my dad's old wira. I brought it to the service center and a guy said gen-2 cps don't have the light like wira. so what the purpose of putting it there. sigh. how about you guys? power comes from 2k to 3k rpm. my car clocked only 500km. tired revving until 4k rpm but cant hear any click at all. i assume the cps already kicked in since i felt the power surge though, but no click sound. cabin sound insulation is not the best, can still hear other car passing by. what to do aaa... QUOTE(pearjar @ Jun 5 2009, 02:23 PM) Hehe... I know a guy that can do that. Other than throttle respond, u can ask the SC to increase idling speed using PADT.. but doesnt that will consume more fuel?

i hv one problem. when i turn it to the minimum level (anticlockwise), it is too cold! i think it is because my car is new, but the level of coldness it unbearable for a long distance driving. (even at the most minimum level).
i tested to put it to maximum level (clockwise), and the coldness disappear. my aircond knob function the opposite way!!!!
any1 got this kind of prob?

avanray. thx for your reply. i guess so at first. btw i have to re-read the manual book though. it's quite different from normal car i think, the way the knob function works. IMHO, max meaning more cold. if all users experience the same, then I have to adapt to it lor. if not, in my 1st service I will raise the issue

guys, i just wanna ask this. my gen-2 cps AT cruising at 100kmh with the rpm at 3k. *autocruise mode* . Is it the same with the rest if u cps users? cos i think it's quite high, it should be less than 3k.
btw, im going for my 1000km service tomorrow. hehe cant wait to rev hard after the service !

QUOTE(ubialon @ Jun 13 2009, 09:00 AM) mrjgx, Below is the waja cps review done by paultan. "The other interesting fact that we noticed was the cruising engine rpm at cruising speeds. The CPS allows the engine to cruise at 2,000rpm at speeds of 80km/h and approximately 3,000rpm at 110km/h. This is similar to the cruising speeds of most 2.0 litre cars with either a 5-speed manual or a 4-speed auto transmission. Smaller engines tend to cruise around 2700rpm at 80km/h. Low engine speeds are beneficial because it allows for improvement in fuel economy and comfort." Read more: http://paultan.org/archives/2008/08/10/pro...ixzz0IGbfw2RI&Cso, think it's quite tailly with the review. maybe after ur first service, ur cruising speed can a bit higher. yours Gen2 cps HL AT right (got autocruise)? its kerb weight is 1245kg while the waja cps drove by paultan is MT with kerb weight of 1215kg only. so u'll cruise a little slower than the waja MT at 3k rpm. It's my little tought only, just for sharing. thx for your reply and providing the link. yes mine is the HL AT. i'm loving the autocruise feature now.

updated. after my 1st service now my rpm is much lower when in higher speed. previously 3k for 100kmh, now 3k can go higher, forgot the exact speed.
the engine sound damnn nicee at high speed. hehe. but my highest speed clocked at 160kmh only, dowant to press more since mileage is not 5k yet.
btw juz wanna ask. when i cruise at 140kmh, the rpm is at 4k. meaning the cps already activated right? so all the time at 140kmh, it is in the cps activated mode issit? since gen2 cps cps activated at 3.7k rpm.

my gen2 cps have trouble with vibrating steering at 120kmh. above 120kmh, the vibrate decreases. is it because of the wheel allignment need to be adjusted?
i'm thinking of putting all the ultra racing bars in my car, does it improve the car handling a lot or only minor feel/psyschology only?

QUOTE(sphiroth @ Jun 28 2009, 05:42 PM) Try calling him and ask. Last time I bought, spring+abs only RM600 (got promotion). only rm600? cool, i tot it's way above RM1k. how is the handling sphiroth? mind to share a bit on the feel/performance of the r3 springs+abs? and does it improve a lot compare to stock or only minor improvement? i guess i better take r3 springs/abs before putting all the bars from ultraracing.
