how much the cost to do on wheel balancing using that equipment.. how the respon after that

Just went to ENEOS  i believed you bought the VS-E + grounding for RM250 since the VS-1 is only RM150. How's the review? Promo until 30th Sept.

i did on wheel balancing b4 but the foreman didnt use the machine .. only jack up car one side and spin my wheel ...

sorry la... never really read all the posts in detail... hehehe... but u got it settled rite? so ok la... experience +1. 

using lower weight oils is better for FC. at least that's what i felt and my record also shows it. check the attachment.

hm... i tot on wheel balancing only for high speeds vibration checking? I always see those tyre shop ppl touch the fender and ask another person hold the steering to feel for vibrations.. 

anyway, vibration gone ok la!

My car is less than 1 week old and already got 3 scratches. Aihhh. 
The first one is caused by a taxi. He suddenly come into my lane without any signal, even when it's obvious there's not enough space for him and he bumped my car. Scratched my car, around 4 inch long, can see the base coat. Lucky there's no dent.

The second one is caused by a car parking very close to my car. I guess she hit my car when she opened her door. Minor scratch.

The third one is caused by a motorcycle. You know how these guy rides, blazing between lanes like nobody business. One of them bumped into my car. Minor scratch.
I'm going for my 1k service soon. Any idea how much they will charge for Gen 2 CPS AT? Thinking of getting them to touch up the scratches when I go for service. Any estimate on how much they will charge to touch up the scratches?

guess i'm not alone then.. haha.. i do mostly town driving and start stop traffic. wat to do... i'm trying the caltex ron95 for a few tanks and see if there are any differences. so far have got some positive review.

the subjective part is the 'feeling' of the engine during CPS engagement. i do notice after using caltex ron95 the engine is more livelier after entered CPS zone. this is compared to using shell's ron95. shell wan tends to puff puff a bit after the CPS engaged... i will keep trying a few more times. waiting to try mobil and bhp and petronas after this. i have a tendency to try bhp and petronas last is because the outlets near my house are pretty old and not so nice environment. i prefer shell which is bigger and more spacious and clean as well. its well taken care place.

anyhow, using lower weight oils are definitely better for your FC and it still provides adequate protection if you do your service intervals well and on time. cheers and happy driving.

GB tranny = 20k for hard rev, 40k for normal drive.
Iridium = 100k as claimed by manufacturer, 70K should be in safe zone.

My mileage is now 38000K ++ and I will be due for 40K in a few weeks time. Which means in just 2 months I'll be servicing my car 3 times. Too much burden for me financially. I'll have to use my credit card to pay for the service and that's never good to be too dependent on credit card.

In the manual service booklet ,the service interval given is actually every 10K except for the first 3 service which was 1K, 5K and 10K. After that the service booklet only shows 10K intervals. Since the booklet doesnt have 5K intervals the SC just paste a phostate copy of the 5K intervals on my service manual.

So what gives? I think after 40K I'll try to service it next when it reaches 50K. SC also mentions that for longer service intervals i need to use fully synthetic engine oil. But still the oil filter is only good for 5K.

why dont we also list who can clock the lowest mileage for a full tank. i.e. distance 200km full tank.  The winner will be crowned CPS Club Speed Junkie of the Year. Pedal to the metal is the only condition plus drive safely.

even your engine oil can last up to 10k, but what about the oil filter?
