actually i got question...
when you finish a boss like fight with the tanks... in the main mission...some in the side mission also...you will sure get the tank one right? but why some of my frens can't get it?

also, the side mission in getting all the kidnappers... there are 40 of them... and i always left 8 and times up.... how do you guys clear the mission? or shud i wait for a better weapon?

you have to kill the commander/captain,THEN you'll get the tank.
destroying the tank wont net you anything.

i used the turret during that mission,worked just fine

as i know just kill all the soldiers, leave the tank dont harm it, when all the soldiers have run out its time to get the commander.

yup.
if you can get rid of the soldiers with stealth, you can force the captain out instantly.
but if you're discovered, you'll have to attack the vehicle first, leave maybe half it's life before the captain shows his face

bear in mind you have to neutralise the tank's escorts for the commander to come out and for u to get it at 100% health.

If you went into alert phase, the commander will only come out when all the escorts are neutralised AND you have to damage the tank somewhat according to the difficulty of that mission.

S rank only achieved if you fulton all soldiers including the commander without alert phase.

Btw i just finished the true ending. Seeing paz in underwear in the cinematics

But too bad

I'm still confused about how from MGSPO to MGSPW ties back to the original MG NES game.

I thought Big Boss will be Solid Snake's commanding officer but seems now he already set up outer haven and will no longer rejoin fox hound.

it's not necessary to fulton them all..you can just as well kill them.
but if you absolutely have to have the vehicle in full health once you get it,then you have no choice.

so:

kill guards: you need to seriously damage the vehicle before the captain shows his face.(ranges anywhere from 20% health to 50% health)
fulton guards: captain will appear once the final guard is gone

upgrade your weapons.
Peace Walker is damn easy once you upgrade your weapons rank and level
