none of you guys go gameguard problems?

I am kinda having some at the moment, but I think I need a client update. I'll let you know after this.

Edit: Still having gameguard issues. Gonna search up a fix now. If I find anything, I'll let you know.

If u're running Vista, try disabling UAC. Worked for me in 1.0 but now 1.5 it seem fixed for me.

Yeah, I'm running Vista.

Edit: Nvm. I got it. Thanks. Will give it a try.

Edit again: Ah, my UAC has already been disabled. There's a little software that fixes GG errors, so I'll try that out. I'll post my results in a bit.

To disable User Account Controls, please perform the following:

1. Click Start and then open Control Panel.

2. In the Control Panel, click User Accounts and Family Safety.

3. Click User Accounts.

4. Click Turn User Account Control on or off.

5. Clear the tick or check mark on the box beside the Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer option.

6 .Click OK.

When prompted, restart the computer. Note that the changes will affect all users on the computer.
This will disable UAC on all accounts on the PC. You can re-enable it by rechecking the box.

I just copy and paste just in case someone having the same problem.

Okay, that software doesn't work. I'm currently clueless as to why GG errors keep appearing. Anyone had some and fixed them?

My current situation is this:

I installed the CB client (1.0), patched it up to 1.5.0.1 with the CBT to OBT download (3g) and I've now patched it up to 1.5.0.3 with the Aion launcher. Did my checksums and everything. Everything seems to be good.

I get GG errors whenever I start the game w/ the launcher and a page about GG pops up. I've tried a software which got me into the server selection screen but when I click on a server, nothing happens and I'm not even allowed to click anything else (but the bg is still moving, etc.)

If anyone knows a fix, let me know!

Also, running on Windows Vista x64 Ultimate. Installing a fresh copy of XP on my another partition. Desperate here!

what is the error code? last time i receive error code 114, i turn off antivirus, the problem solve

GG error 150. =/

Been trying to search up a fix for a few hours now but to no avail.

Do you have delete gameguard folder and let it download again?

yep, I tried that. didn't work either. I'm still looking for a fix so if you have any ideas, do let me know.

1. I have upload my gameguard folder file to rapidshare, u dl n try replace in your gameguard folder.

2. Try right clicking on your aion shortcut and hit run as administrator.

3. Try uninstall all antivirus n firewall software.

If still cannot, i can't help u anymore

im having some prob as well..

keep poping out "running more then 1 client", launcher crash, n GG icon still on my bar icon even when i ald quit the whole games. worst part is the background music still playin at my desktop... wierd

make my pc bcome slow n hang..zzz

btw my pc specs r : quad core, 4gb hyper x ram, 1 terra hdd , n ati 4850hd.

a lot of people seem to be having GG errors tonight. probably something to do with the GG server? this game has srsly caused me a lot of trouble. first I had to get the stupid beta keys this afternoon, got home all excited to play and this happens. and then I tried installing windows XP because I thought maybe it was an OS problem but windows XP just messed with my Vista installation, so I had to reformat the thing and install Windows 7. now I'm on Windows 7 and it says I have to have the latest DirectX to run. lame, lame, LAME!

but I'll try it out and let you guys know how it goes.

edit: okay, so it didn't work. now I'm starting to wonder if it's a client problem that I'm having. if anyone has a full version of Aion's OBT, would you mind passing it to me? it would be greatly appreciated.

I'm using the full version for PC n upgrade version for my laptop.

Both of them works fine. The only time frame coming out error is because of last 2 days their server problem which cause our connection slow down. But this situation fixed it on yesterday on their daily maintenance. Right now even using streamyx without proxy can play n run smooth. Not even have any rubberband effect.

Yeah, if it doesn't affect much of it I think it should be removed also cause afew of my frens are having the same problem too.

Aion dun have built in Anti-cheat program, If they remove GG, in-game you will see everywhere people is botting and hacking.

So the game is working fine for you right now and you're able to play? I keep getting the GG error 150. LAME! I just wish they'd come up for a fix for this soon. I paid good money for those keys! And the pre-order!
