hi.., my iBOOK g4 had problem to powered up, maybe the power adapter jack at fault or the power input jack.. already decided to buy new power adapter.. but feel kinda waste if thats not the real problem... i live in KL & kinda free at time if u want me to bring the laptop... TQ

I got macbook 13 unibody white. The display gone hang with the display going brighter and brighter until it gone totally white. If i touch/adjust the screen, it would turn to normal again. The screen got spilled with water few days back.

Hi, for all hardware problem please send it in for a diagnose, it is very hard to tell by just reading posting on forum. Unless it is something cosmetic and physical like crack LCD.
And please be specific which place you send the unit to, there's no "Apple" store in Malaysia. They are resellers. Even service center is no run by Apple. It will help us understand the situation better. TQVM. |

I've got a mid 2007 iMac from my cousin , the LCD screen is faulty , it only shows grey on the whole thing. Im from Shah Alam, may i know roughly how much it will cost to replace/repair the lcd screen ?

Hello There Wei,
I have a Macbook G4 17" that won't power up I can hear the relays when i push the button the PDU reset does not seem to work the power supply has a green light, then sometimes is orange no display at all no sign of booting...no red light in front..no glowing apply logo on the lid the DVD rom will eat my DVD disc....(and stuck there now) The HDD was removed and seems to be ok... What do you think? how to restore it... Thanks... UPDATE: This is better now..I have the ? and the smiling face. Since the HDD was faulty, I think I just need to install a HDD and put on the OS.
