STOCK SMS ALERT, To set cutloss or target price

Anyone here know where can i subscibe the stock SMS alert? For example, if i want to set cutloss for my stock at certain price, then the SMS will send to me when the stock's price drop below my cutloss?

It can let you know when a stock fall below/ rise above certain price. Theoretically, the SMS delay will be less than 2 minutes. The shortcoming is, you need to let JStock keep running on your computer, in order to receive SMS alert.Anyone is using this system? Which is the cheapest one?
