I disagree with you about the Fallen. Being the namesake of the movie, he's got to be one of the hottest toys of this line.

The darker Sideways with Takara manuals are Takara prototype figures, seems they'll never be released. Hasbro on the other hand, have the lighter colored ones out for now but apparently they will be doing a running change, releasing the darker ones.

Yeah he's very neat. Just love how his robot parts fold together beneath his cab and cement mixer, transformation is complex as well.
