hey guys, need some advice here.

For same model of transformers, are there really got difference between the brands Takara Tomy and Hasbro?

Takara Tomy one tends to be much more expensive than Hasbro ones. But the outlook and appearance of the figures look exactly the same. (or does it got any other difference that can't be spotted by eyes?) In terms of material quality, smoothness of articulation and etc.

What do you guys think? Need some advice from the Pros here.
