ES = processor that being use for testing by intel engineer.
OEM cpu is as the same as retail just it come with out warranty & HSF
ES cpu sometimes come with bugs & sometimes come with unlock multi, etc....depend on ur luck

oem = processor bought by OEM (hp, compac, acer, etc).
