I think who we sign will have an impact on where Rooney plays. Sign a striker, Rooney out wide. Sign a Valencia, Rooney plays up top.

And if you say we need so-and-so, none of who we need are available. Are they? Name me one top central midfielder that would play for us and come on a fee we'd agree upon?
