Gagaga, apparently some fella in the gym finishes a 2lbs whey in just 2 weeks. I think he hantam damn a lot of scoops in each serving.
So 4lbs = 1 month? lol! Kencing everything.
For most people, a tub of 5lbs can last for at least 2 months - 2 1/2 month, just nice for pre and post workout daily.

I think if workout 5 days a week, so that's like 40 servings in 2 months.
40 servings x 2 for pre and post.
Pre = 1 scoop
Post = 1 1/2 scoop
I think should be just nice? Not sure, never bought a whey protein before, but going to by this week.
Pre workout maybe I'll just have milk blend with banana and almonds. That should be able to last me for 3 months.
