Ok, took my measurement just now. Previous (19/5/09) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Weight = 59.8 kg BMI = 21.2 BF = 23.2% BMR = 1307
Today (jeng jeng jeng.. suspense music) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Weight = 58.7 kg BMI = 20.8 BF = 21.6% (although didn't reach target but still ... StephenChow'slaughKEHKEHKEHStephenChow'slaugh) BMR = 1298
PS: The BMR thingy, i don't quite get it..  That's the amount I need to burn or what??
