hmmm...seems that ip range start with 124 is having difficulties to connect to international servers..
after went for a frequent modem resetting, i managed to get n ip start with 60.54.xxx.xxx n now im able to visit international websites such as deviantart, facebook n etc... |

my recent speedtest: (ip - 60.54.x.x)
KL server:  CA server:  i keep on rebooting my modem to get this ip!!!! damn 124 seems no longer to works like a charm.. |
