Dear Valued Customers, We wish to inform our Streamyx customers that Telekom Malaysia Berhad will be performing a network upgrading exercise from 11.00 pm, Tuesday, 14th July 2009 until 6.00 am, Wednesday, 15th July 2009. As a result, Streamyx customers in Serdang may experience a disruption of service during the stipulated period. We would like to assure you that the service would resume to normal after this period. TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused whilst the same time, we would like to assure you that we are upgrading our network to enable us to serve you better. Customers can call TM at 100 and select “Internet Services” or e-mail us at help@tm.com.my for any Streamyx related problems. another downgrading exercise by TMnet

Aiyoh! Can't surf Google now. Youtube gets lots of timed out pings. TMNutz screwed up DNS again?

another daily tmnut screwed up again ..... took me 15 mins just to reconnect and get back my connection .... DNS prob... ping dns reply time out.. hardly can open anything ...

What IP Range? I am stuck in 115.13x. No issues surfing google... but 115.13x is under cache so might be different. Also I don't use TM's DNS Server either...
Tested 115.13(3/4/5).XXX.XXX all 3, the tracert shows 2xx ms.

problem -Super slow , high ping , lost packet. ip range - 118.100.x.x , 118.101.x.x , 124.13.x.x area - kepong (fortune park) when this problem started - april until now (still making complaint) really doglike connection, morning time the line is ok, after 6pm the line is totally like shit.....!! is it me...or everytime i disconnect my internet...I can't connect for like 15minutes...adsl keep failing or insufficient resource to authenticate user.
Then...after 15min I can connect back.
I just reconnect my internet after like 1 or 2 days didn't disconnect it.

"i'm getting those timeouts as well. the connection would be smooth, then suddenly would get around 90% packet loss, after like 2 mins i'll be back to normal again, happens about every 30 mins for me but sometimes can go on for hours without it happening. very annoying when i'm gaming cause it would d/c right away."
any1 getting these problem? Kelantan Area =( SAD MAX
