It's that time again!
How do you guys plan to go to GACC09 if you ARE going? Unless you guys want to do an /AS/ convoy or sorts or a meetup in Melaka, i will find alternative transportation and accomodation. So before that happens and it's too late to plan anything, i would suggest we get down to it. Else we'd all end up doing shit at the last minute. |

my friends are already invited me to this event but i heard we have to pay for ticket in order to see Minorin (Chihara Minori). I'm a freeter, where the heck can i get money.

Hmm I want to go but I need to find a place to stay. I stayed at my friend's house for the past few years of GACC but by the time of the event day, they should have graduated. I know another cheap hotel in Melaka but I hope it's not fully booked yet. I pretty much can still remember the roads in Melaka as I studied there before XD

Now adding myself into the GACC2009 attendee traveling via personal transport list. Greetings from your next door Hobby forummer.
 Last time went to the 2008 show by daily to-and-fro bus courtesy of Emina Cyber club. This time I would like to go there using my own vehicular transport device. Current choice of accommodation; either the Seri Malaysia or the Dayaresort Melaka Sdn Bhd (Air Keroh D'Village) near the MITC area there. Awaiting more knowledge from those who frequently lurk around Melaka. |

i'm not being sarcastic or whatever. but if u can't find any hotel (for those who're still in blue) just u want the cheap or somewhere near MMU area, u can go to tesco/carrefour and look for a tent or camping tools. stayed at petronas where u can take bathe there and if u don't want to sleep in the said tent mentioned earlier. u can always sleep in car.

the only things that will drag me to gacc this year is merely on discounted figurine sold there. as i didn't find any other things than watching cosplay, or playing the same tekken 5 (Which will be the other reason for me to go there)on ps2 tourney. and i like watching kodomo ran to the stage and try to guess the name for anime ost they played like last year. i believe this year kodomon will surely know all songs that will be played

coz me da wat kira2 base on our hotel pricing, makan, petrol, tol memang kena ada atleast RM100. if want cheap sila naik shuttle bus. RM22 both way per day. |

if not mistaken the venue is same as last year. and then got bus provided from kl sentral to there. only 2 bus per day. and each day cost RM22 if not mistaken. go find in cf forum. lol if u want to go by that bus and want to go for 2 days thus u need to pay RM44 no matter u want to go and back on the same day for both or stay day and just use go for 1st and back on second.

somehow i dont feel this GACC as grand as Daicon.... why eh?
eventho I knew this event since last year (but didnt able to go because was outstation at Shanghai) I do think its lack of promotion e.g. they having AMV competition? why I dont know this! Daicon was better than I thought eventho I knew the event like 2month earlier (barely to get AWSM tix) anyway, i cant go due to my little bro's graduation :/ |

As for last year's, IMO, it's quiet awesome, no, its safe to say it's one of the best ACG event that I ever went to. The only cons I think is the hall is quiet small for a event with such scale (Kurosaki Ichigo seiyuu, anyone?).
