Just to add my 2 cents, I am admin at Shutter Asia. I think Flickmy has gone inactive, and maybe even deleted his e-mail account (either that or Yahoo revoked it) because admin e-mails to him are bouncing.



His registration IP address is from Kota Kinabalu, the first two octet of his IP address matches the same as pengiranijam (60.52).

1. Contact Celcom telecommunications to track the used up top-up/reload number...
2. It's admins and mods job since they can track the duplicate account based on IP Address logged...

ive got IP Address from 60.48.XXX.XXX to 60.53.XXX.XXX all the time. so i guess your assumption is wrong.

Forgot to mentions about 60.53. to 60.54. this IP Address also available in Sabah...

Since you can use 60.52. so means using IP Address to track ffk-er is almost impossible since we are using dynamic and sharing IP Address... So, Kelantan and Sabah can have 60.52. too...

Any other though...? It would be great input...
