there are no spermatope seen on the flat rock... i guess this time round was not sucessful ....
more than 17 hrs of tango ......... i seperated the couple for the time begin ....... advises from the ex-owner of the h.a say it is not normal for it to last this long.. and it is best to let things cool off a while before attempting mating again ...... sorry guys ......... show is over ... |

@Lester, since u said those flat rock ady burried under the substrate by them im guessing the male couldn't find a spot to deposit the spermatorphore
Anw bout the Orthochirus setup QUOTE 3 led ( white ) and 1 uv light for black light ..... so it able to glow and also a red led to monitor movement........... Ur thinking to turn on the UV light together with the LED light for a long time? Its not advisable to put them under UV light for a long time as it can cook them to death |

A lil update of my A.Australis
Saw her walking a lil bit, 2pair of front legs seems2 be ok, the other 2pair still twisted Chela is functioning, but she still inactive, probably still recovering from the molt We will see how it goes after a week or so |
