this is how it begin .. i decided it time for my Hadrurus Arizonensis to breed after 3 weeks of confinement and feeding ...
placed 3 pieces of flat rock in the enclourse ... for the male spermatope..

introduced the male into the female enclourse .in the evening.. and hoping to see some action going ... sat and waited for 15mins.. but no action ... both stayed clear from each other ...
then i decided to let nature takes it course ...... did a last check at 12 am... but still no action... time to slp ..

Nice job lester, but shouldnt the flat rock be place at middle for easy deposit of spermatophore

actually there a 3 pieces of flat rock ... but they cover it with the sand ... dun know why ???

going to superglue the pieces of barks together to get a valley shape or terrium shape... with references to the tank size .............

after superguling .... going to soak it and let it bake it the sun to rid the smell.... and micowave to rid baterica...

once done ... going the place it in the display tank and fill it will the fine sand .... and maybe fine coco-fibre to touch up the tone ...( i like the idea of the toning...it give contrast to the landscape.. )

last but not least .. a few broken clay pots pieces for extra hidding,,,,

was thinking if i should install some led for lighting ..... as it going to be a display tank........ wanted to do it beautifully ...........


3 led ( white ) and 1 uv light for black light ..... so it able to glow and also a red led to monitor movement...........

3 set of circuits to 3 micro switches ... connect to batteries or 12 v transformer ... ( still thinking).......... maybe a micro computer fan for ventilation ( optional ) ............
heard from seller that the Orthochirus S.Negebensis might be gravid ... hoping it will be ...........
