usually night is the best time to hold them because they are more calm when it is colder,

but come to think, they are nocturnal, well freeze them first.

hahaha.

funny I didn't have a problem handling my scorps.

well lets just KIV lol.

if anyone want to terminate mites, you know who to ask, I'm willing to get a sting from AFS and longimanus lol.

the prob with herping in the rainforest is that you might pick up the moss with mites on them. so i dont want that.

if you ask me on which method i prefer this will be my answer:

"i don't care what method i use. As long as my scorpions are healthy and breeding like rabbits then it will be fine."

oh pictures of the grass that i promised earlier.

Every scorp temperament different, juz like human
Some afs can be very defensive, some are docile, some normal
So its normal if different scorp react differently

Btw guys, PLS stop talking bad thing about ppl from the scorpionforum
I wan this thread to have a clean discussion not badmouthing people
Its ok to continue discuss bout the matter but pls, no more badmouthing ppl from scorpionforum

for the civet cat i'm going to keep it because i have tied to release it 3 times and all failed when it return to the house asking for food.

for the scorps i am going to breed them for conservation purposes.

the people here in sibu still practice slash and burn farming method. i am against it because it is not environmental friendly and also the output from that system is not a lot.

not so cool.

They practice it here too, when I realize it's already too late and only the smell of the smoke is what left from afar
