I'm really interested to buy this tv....
My only concern is how is the PQ when connected to my old pc (8 years old) via VGA.
Heard some said the screen will flicker.....
70% of the usage is to watch downloaded movie via pc
Anybody face this problem?
Please share your experience.

why don't you get a wd hdtv box? i plan to do that as 70% (prob more) of usage will be from downloads too.........at least u get to fully utilise the hdmi connection too

but half of my download are rmvb video...
wd hdtv doesn't support rmvb, does it?

currently, my pc is connected to 32" LCD via VGA without any problem
dunno how is it if connect to 42S10K plasma
hopefully no screen flicker.....

Your graphic card has which output holes (HDMI, DVI, etc)?

My old pc is 8 yrs old and the output is VGA...

So, will the S10 flicker if connected via VGA with old GC?
Please advise....

if we calibrate the tv using the calibration disc, the setting is for FullHD viewing...correct me if i'm wrong
wat about SD viewing like Astro and normal ahem DVD?
can we use the same set of setting, or use a different set of setting?
