are you playing W3K ENGLISH version?...you've leveled up so quickly due to the fact that it is on CLOSE BETA TESTING now, hence u are able to level up so fast to level 40. but after create and do all the tutorial, my character is now lvl 40

All characters created during CBT will be wiped to anticipate for Open Beta Testing, so that partially answers your question of WAD TO DO next...
hahaha...of course OBT time if u leveled up to Level 40, u can partake in the nation war and fight for your nation and get much more powerful loot!
