Yes, my DiGi EDGE was down since that time. I was downloading things.
Not sure about the SMS thingy but calls still can be made.

Added on May 25, 2009, 8:37 amTried calling their CS but not avail, I think the line is very busy now. Tried using D' Chat, it shows error for heavy jam for the server. Looks like it is a massive issue and everyone is calling them now.

Might be an overall thing. I'm in Cyberjaya I am only having problem with SMS. I think call no problem. I am having full bar anyways. Oh ya I can't even send SMS to myself, tried just now

Ya, I'm using my alternative Internet now, so it is still fine.
I think my postpaid is affected too. Hopefully no SMS to come in at this hour...

Yeah could be overall thingy because our places are kinda far to each other. So far known affected areas:
1) Ayer Keroh, Melaka
2) Miri and Kuching, Sarawak
3) Cyberjaya

Both my digi prepaid fails to send SMS or to call out. Can be called in though.
Digi postpaid seems to work flawlessly.

Upon seeing your message here, tried SMSing to my own number (postpaid), it works.

Looks like only prepaid users are affected. I need it for EDGE.

Aikz your Postpaid can? I am using Postpaid and can't SMS myself This is weird. Maybe they are in the process of fixing or something.

guys~...nid help here pls....i buy a digi prepaid rm50 from a digi shop...but the prepaid card cant reload de...it's say invalid coupon number????so is it fake???....my rm50 cheat by the shop ard???....can it be claim back?

From Kuching right? Not a good sign for me, one of my best friends is currently in Kuching and yes she is using postpaid.
But it's still OK for me, at least my postpaid is not affected.

Probably the shop was trying to scam you. Well, when did you top up? Just now? It may be caused by the server problem that is striking most of us now.
I don't think it can be claimed back on DiGi's side but you can always go back to the shop and request for clarification.

lolz....my rm50 gone...i yesterday top up de...but fail ...so go 7-11 top up...WTF the scammer...any 1 got any way to claim back???teach me if its possible...

beware: the digi dealer shop located at kinta city(jusco,ipoh)...WTF!!!!

If I were you, I will go back to ask them. Maybe they have recorded down the series number, maybe there are some chances of turning back.

i hope so...but now i at kampar studying in here... i think tis weekend will back to ask from them....
