I am responding to the False & Misleading defamatory rubbish that is appearing on this site regarding my Australian Patented Plug-In Pest Free Electromagnetic Chemical Free Pest Controller.

Pest Free has been Scientifically Tested in a leading Australian University by an Emeritus Professor of 42 years experience who is regarded by the United Nations as being an Expert in his field. Independently Tested by 2 National Supermarket Companies over 2 years in 3 states of Australia. Consumer Tested & accepted since January 1995. My Product has received Multiple Exporting Grants from the Autralian Federal Government. Pest Free is fully endorsed by HACCP Australia for Australia & Internationally.

The Accc discontinued their action against my product and the federal Court of Sydney awarded the Accc to pay Pest Free's COST'S.

Pest Free Australia's key advantages were that it was able to put forward evidence based on university testing, field reports and from its installed base. This evidence was clearly enough to satify the Accc and the Court and allows Pest Free to claim, with justification, that its products have been proven to work in a court of law.

The case brought against Pest Free Australia fell due to the unambiguous evidence of Pest Free's efficasy. Pest Free can therefore justifiably claim that it is the only proven product on the market.

Regarding Choice Magazine again I find your statement offensive and defamatory as Choice made a retraction statement in print within their magazine. Pest Free also submitted Published Work on Biological Effects of Electromagnetic Energy which is a very comprensive review of the subject on published work up to the late 1970s of how extremely low frequency (ELF) electric and magnetic energy is implicated in the normal behaviour of Rats & Mice.
