False & Misleading, which part?
I suggest you start reading the fact that is presented in this thread.
ACCC began proceedings in the Federal Court against Pest Free Australia, true or false?
These claims are made by ACCC, is not?
Hi Jasonhanjk.
I also suggest you get to understand the real facts as it appears your only relience is based on what you have read. I learnt a long time ago to believe half of what you hear and read and all of what you see.
Yes I was taken to court by the Accc and I am not saying that is false that is a fact and if you look at how many companies the Accc has taken to court over the years you would lose count. You should be bright enough to understand being taken to court does not mean you are guilty, as it was in my case. Orders for costs were made against the Accc in FAVOUR of Pest Free. People who lose Jason do not get costs awarded to them.
Fact: In 1996/7 our Double Blinded Scientific Proven Testing Results showed that Pest Free devices reduced food consumption in Rats & Mice and this was shown to be statistically significant as well as consistent. The testing also found that their were statisically significant increases in the consumption of water in Rats & Mice.
Fact: Further research was carried out in 2003 on re-analyses of data from the US-EPA (Environmental Protection Authority of the USA Report published in March 1979) confirmed the findings and conclusions that food and water consumption of rodents are adversely affected by the electomagnetic Pest Free.
Fact: The above findings are supported by published work in recognized scientific literature over the past 10 or more years on the influence of electromagnetic forces on rodents. The testing therefore was able to conclude that rodents would suffer loss of appetite and increased thirst thereby disrupting their normal behavior and reproduction if exposed to electromagnetic forces of the type used in Pest Free.
Fact: If your thread did further research instead of relying on someone elses you will find the article you have exposed is meant for the other electronic product the Accc also had taken to court around the same time.
The product was called PEST CONTRO manufactured by a USA company Global Instuments.Ltd. This company also manufactures its product under many brand names ie. PEST-A-Cator, RIDDEX, PEST VACATOR 800, PEST VACATOR 1500, GREENSHIELD and others. The president of the company Mr. Charles Patterson received 3 to 5 year penalities from the FTC and can no longer advertise his products effect any pests without supplying first competent and relaiable scientific evidence.
Fact: The company Danoz who were selling the product in Australia were ordered to offer refunds back to July 1997. Stop all advertising claiming the product effected any pests without first supplying Competent and Reliable Scientific Evidence that Substantiates the Representation.
Fact: My Australian Patented Technology has been marketed since January 1995 and no other product on the market has the scientific, independent and consumer credibility it WORKS!
