Good for own stay if you are ok with the surrounding. However I have doubt for investment to feed a rental of 2.5k.

I heard many negative factors which affect TS , eg. Vue giving more discount, share market drops, poor maintenance, rental not feeding as optimistic (rm 2500 f/f, hmm.gif ) etc, except m sentral development, so I guess holding power may be longer due to the factors above.

True. A friend of mine wanted to let go the his unit but due to defects has not been rectified yet and been questioned when buyer visit the unit. Hope the developer can expedite the process...

From what I know the reason why seri Maya is famous due to the facts below

1. Under kelana jaya line, lots of MNC company in jalan ampang. (that's where the china expatriates located, i know becoz i worked in one the china company in klcc)

2. The only lrt route going into another kiang valley metropolitan - petaling jaya

3. The only lrt route that goes into klcc

4. Surrounding of seri Maya is quite decent and clean. Looks safer ( a bit subjective) smile.gif, though it is dangerous everywhere in klang valley.

5. Located in the branch road of famous jalan ampang ( about 4-5 km , 20 mins at most from klcc to seri Maya)

Just my 2 cents.. Cheers guys

Mah Sing may not give up easily as it may affect its reputation and thing is geting haywire with endless date.
same for asie, it could be either affected by politics or commercial factors. if it's commercial issue, it may not be a bad news for the lapse. what may worries the investor could be the future buyer. who will be the developer? sp setia may sound good, what if it's pkns or other government bodies?
with all these uncertainties, investor will hold and see unless it is not the main decision factor for the investment of Titiwangsa sentral.
just my 2cents. hope thing can be sorted out asap. cheers..
