TS is located at very startergic location in city center with public transport just stne away....as long as malaysia not bankrupt..the price will be safe...especially the entry price is at so low side...i think no problem to hit 500psf in next 5 years time...

tun razak exhange not that near to TS la, mostly on cheras maluri and pandan side...
