Nowsaday, KL city centre still can get the condo below 500K, people said that is damn expensive.
But, out of KL, like Bukit Jalil, petaling, puchong, and etc, selling on above 500psf, already sold out.
I got a super rich fren's fren, drive sportcar(Duno which type but sure is two door with vroom vroom sound) stay at binjai near klcc for 1 month, he can't tahan coz JAM like hell everyday.
He said maybe klcc surrounding props is meant for expats who dun own cars!
