Guy, I encounter this issue, when ever i connect to my blue tooth head set, for while it stable, but in few minutes, it automatically disconnected and reconnect back, this thing go on for few times until I off the hp set and on back then ok. I faced this issues last couple of day. Have anyone face this problem ? Is software issues ?

After you get the menu, press & hold on the app icon (i.e GarminXT) until it pops up an option to exit. You can do it for all applications..

I'm having difficulty installing Garmin XT into my 5800, followed all the instructions on page 1 but this msg appeared: "unable to detect supported mobile device or storage"

Pls help..

another question later is why i can't use internal GPS and the answer is u have to buy a licence from Garmin.. haha

is e_trade_pj the most recommended seller around? so far i found 2 sellers, one is e_trade_pj, another is jc something, selling 5800 at RM1140 but without car charger i think.

and about the fix, is it for the earpiece problem only, or include the induction display as stated as well?

I have a problem,
my friend v20 tube seems to have no problem update to v21.
but my v11 tube can't seems to update either through phone or through computer.
it will show connection error after i click on it.
From the computer it will come up with a error report and need to close program for the nokia firmware updater

Hey man where do you install the nokia maps and stuff, and without voice navigation what can we use it for?  Can we view the map and stuff, I never used nokia maps cause of garmin.

anyone tried nokia map 3.0 beta?
it is much better than the previous one and the map is much more updated, in fact in my place, it is more current than google map and malfreemap...

Installing Garmin is certainly not easy for me, as i'm not really the tech guy..  So far, i've done everything as instructed on pg1, until:

Got the software key and saved it as SW.UNL
Copy the SW.UNL file into \Garmin\ in your memory card
Then, run GM-MySInMXT.exe, and copy gmapsupp.img into \Garmin\
Disconnect your phone from your computer.
Go to Applications >Garmin Mobile XT >Settings >System >Remote GPS >Select ‘Use Attached/Built-in GPS’ >Enable.

I couldn't find the "Use Attached/Built-in GPS" option in the Garmin system directory

   

I hope tachlio can state this clearly in the front page. Its getting very annoying when people keep asking

- why I cannot select built in GPS
- how come I need to pay for Garmin
- I tot GPS is free
- where to get device unlock code

And for every thread we always have to say the same thing. I dunno since when you guys think that Garmin is free. Last time I read aspire's tutorial straight away I understood everything. I never asked this kind of 'obvious' questions.

is there any crack or like 1 line at nokia 5800 charger connector place?i see my phone got cooming like 1 line crack but tiny cooming from inside of the charger socket place to out.

Man i remember back during the thread was v1. We early ones bought the phone at launch or pre launch. We had to use virtual key and the older garmin. The current garmin installation is a piece of cake. Yeah like aspire said. Use google.

Hi guys  .i've recently bought a red tube.now i wonder how can i hide away videos that i don't want other people to watch.i've search on the net but no hope yet.i see that the tube have parental control that can be set but i think it cannot be used for videos that we copied from pc.any idea?TQ.

Hard reset use button, no need for display to operate
Press and hold GREEN + RED + CAMERA when powering up for hard reset. On older Symbian, it's * + 3 + GREEN.
