Atmosfera is in Selangor, right? Hopefully the developer will install individual water meter so that can enjoy free water.
Came out in theStar it is mandatory for all apartments and condominiums to have individual water meter. http://thestar.com.my/metro/story.asp?file...124&sec=central |
