So far how is the touch up work going?

I have few question wondering me for long time and I quit worry on it since my family member just bought one and now waiting for key.

MATV problem : Y there have so many astro satelite hanging out there even MATV hav installed in early stage. Is MATV malfunction?

Lift : What is the out come from the developer to overcome the lift problem?

Common Area : Are they going to touch up?
