how much is the duplex 2500 sq ft? how many car park for duplex unit? I heard Maintenance is only 0.18 true?

Thank you, How many car park? So the duplex with own pool meaning they clean the pool or we clean ourselves?

sure full of cars at the roadside by then 1 access become half access. Duplex with 3 car park is perfect!! But i bowed out due to localaty but for that price i have no compliants.
