not vested in here but seems their marketing team is pretty aggresive, advertising 2 full colour pgs in the star last friday, besides hanging buntings around subang / sunway (i reckon puchong as well) + sending out leaflets to residences around the area. wonder how's their sales like so far.Land Title: Residential
