i just started using MuscleTech Nitro-Tech hardcore and i drink it before and after my workout. It gives me diarrhoea, but only once after the 2nd serving (the one after workout). Ive asked around and i know one other guy that uses it and he said it gives him the same thing. Any of you guys out there have this problem too? Can someone enlighten me on why i am getting this? thanks!

is that all?? creatine hasnt been much of a problem coz ive been taking it for quite awhile now on and off. But if you say i can build the tolerance, i hope youre right... thanks for the answer, man

i thought of just trying it out. Coz i did some research on the net and supposedly its the best and whatnot, and you'll see gains. Before this i was taking BSN Syntha-6. But ill just try taking it sumore and if its still the same i think ill have to stop. And the price is quite alright with GNC's buy 1 free 1 package.
