i just started using MuscleTech Nitro-Tech hardcore and i drink it before and after my workout. It gives me diarrhoea, but only once after the 2nd serving (the one after workout). Ive asked around and i know one other guy that uses it and he said it gives him the same thing. Any of you guys out there have this problem too? Can someone enlighten me on why i am getting this? thanks!

If I am not mistaken, there is some form of creatine which might cause such issues. You might be lactose intolerant as well . Take time to build some tolerance.

is that all?? creatine hasnt been much of a problem coz ive been taking it for quite awhile now on and off. But if you say i can build the tolerance, i hope youre right... thanks for the answer, man

I've tried a lot of brands and so far only cellmass doesnt give me that problem, i didnt have this
problem when i tried cell-tech but that was ages ago

Each of us are generally built differently. Our resistance might differ. The contents of nitro-tech has always been a little shady. All the funky blends, I got a gut feeling that they are just marketing gimmicks. No offense to the thread starter. Might want to consider regular whey after this.

How much is one tube cost now? As i remember 2 or 3 years back, it costs around rm400~600 per tube for 30~50 serving, am i correct?

i thought of just trying it out. Coz i did some research on the net and supposedly its the best and whatnot, and you'll see gains. Before this i was taking BSN Syntha-6. But ill just try taking it sumore and if its still the same i think ill have to stop. And the price is quite alright with GNC's buy 1 free 1 package. Are you squatting like 200kg? LoL. Seriously, even the biggest guys here take just whey + creatine. Cheaper the better, as you will soon realise.

Save your money and buy yourself a nice steak to eat! That will give you more gains than buying Nitro-Tech over simple stuff like ON Whey or Scivation.
