clipped highlight is overblown highlights, where you only get completely white color, no details in it. details all lost due to overexposure on that portion of the photo.

I once had the DR-467. But I sold it soon after I got the Sigma 70-200. I found out I had to use the whole bag instead of just the bottom section for camera equipment. And that made the bag rather unstable and a bit uncomfortable to carry over long periods. Trust me, carrying the A700, SAL1118, Sigma 24-70 f2.8 & Sigma 70-200 f2.8 across China for 9 days in a KATA DR-467 is a real pain.....
It is a great backpack. Just not meant for a serious amount of gear. Am using the flipside 400 now. A bit bulky for me, but will do for now. Might swap it for a thinktank in the future. gonna look for bro mitmivec again soon, i guess.... QUOTE(SHOfrE3zE @ Jun 1 2009, 12:24 AM) haha. well it's true that it's worst than ciggy in terms of no filtering but u definitely won't get cancer that causes 101 problems from smoking it coz it does not have any tobacco. good for ya. btw, i don't smoke siggy. i quit a long time ago i guess i could give shisha a go. just to say "yeah, i did it" |

QUOTE(hafeez71 @ Jun 1 2009, 12:04 PM) tq creepydslr...so have i seen in yamiya, the tamrac is totally out my league... The KATA DR-467 is a bit more conventional. You will have to remove it from your back to get to your gears. Not advisable to sling it around like you can with the Fastpack. Unless you want your beloved gears to fly.... back to square one -- dr467 and fp250...i can see that kata has the build quality and rain cover some more - let just say gears + future gears == a300 + 50f1.4 + *1680* + 55200 + cobra (with pouch) the only thing that i favour to fp..is that the way we can reach our camera...many youtube shows how the fp250 works in action...but i seems i cannot find any video or pic of kata dr467 in action... |

QUOTE(hafeez71 @ Jun 2 2009, 02:57 PM) i dunno whether this had posted or not...is hvl20am can be triggered wirelessly by using a300 built in flash? I had heard that it can trigger other flashes, but no one had confirmed if the flash itself can be triggered wirelessly or not. In fact, I have doubt it can, because all photos I saw on the web so far do not indicate the presence of a sensor to detect the signal for the wireless flash.... |
