Well, powerplay doesn't underclock the RAM on Windows 7 x64 now. 240/975 for that while 240/475 on XP. lol
I hope there are some bug fixes when it's available on AMD's site.

but i got reduced benchmark test on furmark after upgraded it from 9.3 to 9.5
=.= seem improved stability with sacrifice of speed |

maybe also check the mainboard whether the BIOS cause problem, since the card in plug on the mainboard.
