Yo guys..just a random thought.

I know this ain't probably ain't BB related, but think about it as a general discussion among you guys...to share songs even.

What songs do you listen to during your workout if any?

Some bands I listen to are:
Unearth
Slipknot
Insomnium
Disturbed
As I Lay Dying
Metallica
Shadows Fall
Dream Theater
Rhapsody
Nightwish

Sorry metalfreak. Even my friend has to pay for a session.

He's issues with his squats because he doesn't understand the arch and cannot find the base of balance for his squats. He ends up rounding his back and using most of his hip strength. As a result, he's got what i call "spear" legs which are big on the top, and small at the quad. Also his deadlift can't go up right because of this same issue. Poor long torso people like me. OH how well I understand your problem.

In 1 Utama's Celebrity Fitness, there is one area where you can hear two music / songs playing at the same time.

Don't believe me, you can ask Pedro.

Rocky's theme song. Never fails to inspire!

I don't really listen to songs when I lift weight. A bit too distracting.
Unless it is so loud that the noise becomes deafening... as if you're in the ZONE!!

That's what you get for being in a ghetto gym. Sometimes, even Michael Jackson pun ada. X^D

Britney Spears' I'm Not a Girl. When you hear it at the gym's sound system, you'll get so pissed off you'll lift more.

The Killers, FTW!

I don't know why, for some reason, whenever I see some fellas, I just can't workout hard. That's why I always workout whenever there are only 5 people around.
