For Ayuria's price range, you can only compare with those along Jalan Kiara 3 (the Kampung road) and non matches Ayuria's build quality and location. Ayuria's maintenance fees are also the lowest in MK even though it has the most facilities. Partly due to it's density. Ayuria is also the only condo with large portion of greenery view. For those with a car, Ayuria is ideal but it can be far to walk to the closest shops in Desa Hartamas or Verve shops later on. Ayuria's price is generally lower because the developer is not known to be aggressive in pricing and the boss is an honest guy. I know him personally...nice chap!

isnt murder a more serious crime compared to robbery?!
haha...but hafta agree mont kiara is generally a safer place coz most are condos with security / gated n guarded communities as said by propkor above and the body in fridge case was a one-off thingy.
level 19, mk bayu to be preciseĀ  brows.gif

I thought the singaporean guy was murdered by the girlfriend.....LOL....Moral ofthe story, choose a GF properly, choosing the location of your condo right is not good enough!

I somehow agree that Ayuria is one of the better condo around the area although it is not exactly in MK but part of kiara hill. I myself almost bought one with a very very nice view of KL & genting. Lot of greenery but somehow, I don't feel right ....just too quiet, a bit creepy in fact when I fist step in into the condo. That is why I opted for kiaraville instead. For a good unit at Ayuria, u probably need a bit more than 700k.

wise statement my fren! notworthy.gif
(but i tink it happened coz she was abused or sumthin, cant really remember the exact nitty gritties of the story)

kiaraville is nearer to solaris, hence imho it might be more convenient for grocery shopping, f&b, etc. but some ppl prefer the location of their residence at a more peaceful area albeit further frm the commercial area, it depends on individual's preference.

ayuria was a hype sometime ard 2007-2008 when the eco n property was going slightly down..many with 'cash' goes hunting to avoid tax(that's what the agen told me). ayuria was one of my consideration in early 2008. if i remembered correctly, it was priced ard 660k for the std 1.5k sqf facing the greens, and ard 800k for the city view. i like their large pools n tennis court.
or perhaps u shld wait for vivaldi wink.gif

Vivaldi is priced too high at RM800 per sq ft & consisted of mainly big units, easily costing more tham RM2 mil. Furthermore, it is located next to penchala link. Not a good buy IMHO.
