Anyone can recommend a good condo in mont kiara between 1000sq-ft to 1500sq-ft between that budget i mentioned? I'm quite concentrate on the security purposes.

Step 2) pinpoint a few that you like
Step 3) google for them to locate their official community forum
Step 4) read through residents grouses and locate the condo with minimal complaints
Step 5) DECIDE the final choice

What do u have in mind? Have you looked at any MK condo's before?

I not really look for MK condo before, just passed by looking at it when i go to ipoh. Any recommendation? I want a very strict security control and a good management one.

there are many. if you are particular about security and management, look out for sunrise projects.

I have done a lot of research on MK's condos. Off hand, I can name a few that I think suits your budget, newer one that is kiara 1888, I-zen I & II & Designer suits. Took the risk, I myself just bought one ......at kiaraville. Generally speaking, MK is a safe palce to stay.

Have u ever heard of any snatch thief or alike in MK ?

This is a high end expats residential area. Put it this way, if this place is not safe, not where in Kl is safe !

Body parts found in Bayu. MK's crime rate lesser I supposed since they are all condos with security or gated communities.

haha...but hafta agree mont kiara is generally a safer place coz most are condos with security / gated n guarded communities as said by propkor above and the body in fridge case was a one-off thingy.
