not easy le 1shot eat 8 eggs...dats why i consume 2 scoop of whey post-work... if 8 eggs= 56g i need around 20eggs daily hehe....

Almost 90% of my workouts do at home, which goes to another problem where home workouts have very little variation and if keep doing, your muscles will get too used to the strain.

So, basically I just want to plan out my nutrition when I start working out properly. Sorry if I'm sounding rude, having exam periods now and getting alot of stress here and there.  sad.gif

you dont eat enough dude...im an ecto like you but after i change my diet to 5-6meals per day i gain weight le... dont eat 3 big meals it doesnt work that way...you have to eat every 3-4 hours...
