And guys I DO eat a lot. If according to that growth topic, I'm not growing because I very seldom go to a gym(no nearby ones). Almost 90% of my workouts do at home, which goes to another problem where home workouts have very little variation and if keep doing, your muscles will get too used to the strain.
So, basically I just want to plan out my nutrition when I start working out properly. Sorry if I'm sounding rude, having exam periods now and getting alot of stress here and there.
