I drink what is for me an inordinate amount of full-cream milk a day, about 1.5 - 2 liters a day. That's still nothing compared to the GOMAD Rippetoe insists skinny guys like me drink. 1 gallon = 3.8 liters.

I recently discovered the key to consuming this much and not be bloated. I only drink one glass (250 ml) at a seating, and make sure the next glass is consumed only after an hour. So try spacing out your consumption evenly over the day. I really feel bloated when I down two glasses at once. I also leave gaps of 1 hour between and after meals. I think you'll feel better that way.

And yeah, I do notice a higher frequency of pimples. Nothing bad, just one or two. Ah, the price of muscles.

I wouldn't spend RM 10 on chap fan. For for McD value meal, the one with the Big Mac. Just had one for lunch today.

When I was at university, I worked like a poor f**** dog. Got kicked around by tutors and profs. Ridiculous schedule that leaves me no time to even visit a hairdresser. It was 24/7. I did that for 7 years.

Now that I'm working, I take leisurely dim sum breakfasts on weekends, work out at home 3X a week, go shopping on evenings, get pedicures, eat as much as I need, etc. Life is good.
