Start by calculating how much protein intake/day ... More protein doesn't guarantee higher growth ... there are other factors as well.

Eggs preparation is easy ... just hard boil em for god sake. Cheap and good source of protein. We can't calculate for you because we don't know what the hell you're eating spending on those RM10 doh.gif Split the protein consumption though. By the way, time is just an excuse. Wake up one hour earlier man.
