Error 9 on iPhone SE. Should be related to hardware problem. Do you perform this kind of repair? How much is it?

p/s seller knows what he is doing. Even NAND replacement that's not performed elsewhere. Even thou I did not go to him for repair(called to Asia Pacific Apple Support and they gave a one time warranty), his advice is very useful. Would recommend this seller to anyone on lowyat!

Hi, iphone 6 having touch screen issues. Should be not related to the LCD touch screen, might be the touch disease everyone is talking about affecting iPhone 6. Need to resolder touch IC. What are the options available and how much will it cost?
