Hey, do you fix motherboard problems for iPhone 5?

Phone dead and cannot charge, battery replaced 3 times already but once fully drained, the phone wont charge it.

Brought it to a shop and they ran diagnosis, the phone never charges anymore and they said its mobo problem. How much to replace this part?
