After a week then no reply no call.
Went to ur shop after a week++ then you said it cannot be repaired. Just like that, a "Sorry cannot repair" from you and pfft, case settled??

think twice before you send ur phone to them.

i texted you on sunday and you mentioned that the phone is ready to be collected at 5pm on the same day. and we asked you how much, you said RM450.
I then collect the next day (Monday) morning. Waited for your shop to open and once it opened you said "sorry havent done yet".

Boss, whats the logic behind all these when you can mention the service charge and my collection time but you could not repair my phone??

If I really did not pick up my phone, was it really hard for you guys to text me?
And I've checked my phone log, you only called me twice. And throughout the whole services, we contact each other using whatsapp and texts.
So was it so hard for your 0163347333 to text me to inform me??


Anyway, forget it. One experience is sufficient enough for us to judge your services.
