First half year of 2016.
The famous iPhone top 3 problems that we repaired many. Giving tips when you have this sign of problem or buying used iPhone. iPhone 6 Plus - Touch Problem. Sometime can't touch. Sometime gray bar appear above. (Tried new LCD also same) Why: Suffered heavy drop. Board twisted a bit causing touch chipset/IC failure. (Apple they didn't expect this problem. The iPhone 6+ L shape Logic board is too big with many screws tightened at housing. So when you drop it too hard at any angle, it would cause the chipset joint broken from the board) Repair success rate: 99% iPhone 6 - Signal problem. Searching. Why: Suffered heavy drop. Board twisted causing Baseband CPU failure. Repair success rate: 80% iPhone 6, 6+, 5S and 5 - Battery drain quick (tried new battery) / Can't charge with some cable (tried charger port) / Can't charge when power drop to zero Why: Incorrect charger used. Fake charger voltage are too high and killed USB protector IC. Repair success rate: 99% |
