lol same as me, i changed piping 1.7", 4-2-1 extractor, but my diff from yours is i installed a bullet in centre. muffler still stock (but that may change this week). Question to sifu's here, is changing to a s-flow twin pipe (out 3") good? i've been given the option of either this, or an s-flow single pipe, both also 3" so same performance to be expected? the single pipe version has a sportier sound, but the twin pipe is very muffled, same as perdana? i drive on highway sometimes so i try not to get too loud, else need panadol after a few hours on the highway!

I am using single tip S-flow, cruising on highway no sound 1 at 80km/h-90km/h

usually hit around 120kph at 3.5-4k RPM, this is the range i'm more concerned about in highways.
how is the sound on yours? it's quite a dilemma actually. i love sporty sounds (which of you dont? hehe) but not too loud, else become (i) like ah beng, or (ii) headache at highway cruising

same as my straight flow,very diam wan. at higher rpm the exhaust is like no sound

perdana engine can fit wira engine bay? easy to fit or too much work?
v6 cannot fit for sure, rite? wonder how much is the engine for SEi...

can fit...need some work...v6 also can fit...sei nowadays around 1.5-2k...

eh if like this, when the day comes if my engine needs overhaul, i might as well get a perdana engine and dump into the engine bay? almost same cost rite??? but need to get gearbox + other parts or not? or can keep existing wira parts except engine? (as can guess, i dont even know what kinda engine the SEi is using, nor the v6)

can...but u cannot endorse la...unless u pay some $$$...u can use ur gearbox back...perdana sei use 4g63 sohc...v6 use 6a12...

what about 6a12tt??... can fit inside wira engine bay also rite??..

i know saga cannot fit 6a12tt la... max out the space adi... my friend had a 6a10 in his saga... engine bay damn packed...

by jpj...proton 1.8 engine also good...can endorse...even on 1.3 also can endorse 1.8...got power maa...and still quite cheap than getting mmc hakat...

mine is 1.5 to 1.8T

to get 1.8 putra/sti engine, very difficult. somemore the price is at around 1.6mivec price. so, for me, i would choose 1.6mivec liao loh.
also, very rare to find 1.8 putra/sti engine, because it's seldom for them to change their engine since the engine is quite torqy liao..
