next to watch out, probably Axreit. it is coming down to 1.40. time to buy more.

Statiscally, it is 49-51, You forgot the 1% commission (2 transaction of buy and sell). 

So you know your chance of winning through 49% repeatively, the more you go in and out (more trade), the chance of winning become lesser and lesser.

Unless one is very good in it to defy the odd. Yes, some do, but not many, very few people succeeding in doing it over the long term.

So the underlying is, don't go in and out too often, chance of winning become lesser as above and commission will kill you.
Better spot the chance and assess the situation correct, then only making the bet. One of the most successful hedge fund manager George Soros also doesn't go in and out too often, he will only make the move  and in big when seeing opportunity. No opportunity just watch.
